Background Story:
He is the only one left to survive the bloody massacre of his village (Sonraku). He was just a ten months old baby when that happened. Kaze Osoroshi was gonna be murdered by the Hell Ninjas (Jigoku Ninjas) when Master Flash-S arrived. Master Flash killed all of them (150 Jigoku's) with his lightning speed technique.
Master Flash treated Kaze as his own son. He gave him a new name, Wind-S. When Wind is growing up he taught him the art of Iaijutsu. The "S" in their name means the name of the katana they are using. Master Flash crafted it and passed on to Wind.
During the Edo period, 1644 (Go-Komyo) Wind was popularly known. He killed all the members and the top nine warriors of the feared Jigoku Ninjas.
Now Wind's head is sought after by the elite Class-S criminals named 666Akuma (666 Devils Organization). This group is the number one enemy of the Emperor and hunts down and kills supreme slashers. It has eleven members.
